He’s a gearhead at heart, can be a real nerd, especially when it comes to camera equipment.

Yvonne Teo is a social media strategist who knows how to turn trends into compelling brand stories. With a blend of creativity and data-driven insights, she crafts campaigns that connect with audiences and drive results. Passionate about helping brands find their voice, Yvonne stays ahead of the curve, bringing fresh ideas and a bold approach to every project.

Clarence brings more than 15 years of Consulting, Digital Marketing, Tech Development, Product Development and Business Development across the region to OpenMinds as the Group Business Development Director. He has co-founded 4 companies and featured in various media outlets from The Star, Vulcanpost, BFM, Channel 8 and Digital News Asia. Clarence continues to scout for ideas with strong growth opportunities at OpenMinds while he scales his watch brand, RZE on the side.

Adleena is a UI/UX Designer at OpenMinds, where she established the company’s design culture and leads initiatives to elevate UX maturity across teams. With her experience working with B2B clients like Bosch and NS BlueScope, she’s built scalable design systems that power internal platforms, client websites, and digital products. She specialises in driving ambiguous concepts to tangible product, driving design initiatives helping lean teams move efficiently without losing creativity.

Brian is involved in developing high-level design concepts and recommending effective design solutions to clients. Since 2014, he has been actively engaged in UI and UX development for a wide range of web-related projects, including campaign microsites for Sunway Pals, pharmaceutical giant Menarini, as well as startup developments within OpenMinds®. With a strong foundation in print design and a successful transition into digital, Brian is now leading OpenMinds™ Resources in exploring new creative avenues across art, video, and motion graphics.

Crystal is a seasoned digital analyst specialising in search engine optimisation (SEO) and online marketing strategies. She has successfully helped numerous businesses enhance their online visibility and achieve better SEO performance through data-driven techniques and innovative strategies.

Nur Adibah Subarma is a Technical Project Manager with nearly 4 years of experience in the IT industry. Adibah excels in managing projects from start to finish, including requirements gathering, communications, documentation, and conducting UAT and SIT, all the way through to project handover. Her experience across various organisational settings has made her an expert in solving complex problems efficiently.

Rumaizon started IdeaScape in 2011, and since then, has been helping brands and leaders define their brand and marketing communication strategies. Ideascape has created new brands (ie: SimplySiti and NuMee Gardenia), helped turn around non-performing brands, and break the glass ceiling with some others. Rumaizon has also worked with various industries from baby diapers and powdered milk, to F&B brands, to positioning Malaysia as THE aerospace hub for South East Asia.
