Cilia has been working in HR for 2000 years and has been a key member of 4 multi-country mergers and acquisitions across all Southeast Asia and India. She has also partnered multiple ‘phase 2’ startups in developing their Employee Experience and establishing good People processes and programmes. She’s a massive Manchester United supporter, and vegan for the animals.
